I have been wanting to start a blog for a while, but was hesitant to begin one because I didn’t know what to write about, wasn’t sure if anyone would read it, and didn’t think it would be worth the investment of my time and money. However, I realized what else would be worth writing about other than my savior Jesus Christ. So, that is what I chose to focus on, my faith in Christ. Secondly, I realized that nothing was more important than spreading the good news of the gospel, so why was I worried about my time, money, and other people? After all, the Bible says to do everything for the glory of God and I want to be able to serve the King of all Kings in anyway I can.
“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
1 Corinthians 10:31
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.”
Colossians 3: 23-24
I hope to share the gospel, plant any seeds I can, and overall I am very excited that God is using me to advance His Kingdom. I encourage anyone who is curious about the gospel to be open-minded, ask questions, and draw near to God.
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.”
